Race 1: RAY BUNCH MACHINERY QTIS MAIDEN PLATE – 900m
CATHVALANNA – Began awkwardly.
DANINA – Raced wide without cover throughout.
GRACE DARLING – Began awkwardly shifting out abruptly.
MR NODDY - Made contact with the barrier gate which bounced back upon jumping and lost ground.
Race 2: ANGUS RESERVE BENCHMARK 60 HANDICAP – 900m  
HIDE THE MOON – Began awkwardly.
EXTRA SHOT – Began awkwardly.
CRAFTY AQUILA – Raced wide without cover throughout.
MISS MAKEPEACE – Began awkwardly raced wide without cover throughout.
Race 3:  TOPX MAIDEN PLATE – 1200m


COALBANK CAVALRY – Slow into stride. Improved onto heels at the 1100m and was forced to restrain. Raced wide without cover in the home straight.
MAGNIFIER – Raced wide without cover throughout the early and middle stages.
Race 4: JEFF HANNAFORD TEXAS CUP OPEN HANDICAP – 1200m
SCRABBLE – Slow to begin.
NEW ALLIANCE – Hung out throughout.
TURBO TEDDY – Raced wide without cover throughout.
 
Race 5: JACK RUSH MEMORIAL / WILSHIRE BENCHMARK 50 HANDICAP – 1200m
TIN’S POCKET – Slow into stride.
SAYONARAMOSA – Raced wide without cover throughout.
MADAM MOUTON – Tailed off at the 600m failing to finish. A post-race veterinary examination revealed that the mare had bled from both nostrils. Trainer L. Cross was advised that the mare would be barred from racing for a period of three months and must complete a 1000m gallop in the presence of stewards prior to returning to race.
ANGELS LOVE – Declared a late scratching by order of the stewards at 8:25am due to no suitable rider being available.
