When asked to comment on the performance, jockey N Callow reported that the filly travelled well, however when placed under pressure in the home straight, failed to respond to his riding and was one paced. A post-race veterinary examination failed to reveal any abnormalities. The stable representative Mr M Eggleston advised that he will report to stewards of anything that may come to light in the subsequent days that may have had a bearing on the filly’s performance.
