When questioned re riding of gelding between the 700m and 400m, Rdr stated as gelding was first up from a break, was asked to ensure it races comfortably-said gelding was not traveling on the bit at this stage of the race & was unaware had lost touch with the body of field. Upon reviewing the available footage, Rdr acknowledged should have taken some action to get gelding to respond, so could be placed closer to the body of field, which would have allowed mount every opportunity to avail runs as they presented
