Raced wide throughout. When questioned regarding the horse’s performance, trainer T. Whittington expressed his disappointment, notwithstanding the fact that the filly was forced to race wide throughout the event. Mr Whittington indicated that the filly would now be retired from his stable. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.
