Gregory advised that, in his opinion, the gelding was not suited to the slow track conditions at its most recent start. He added that, in his opinion, whilst still being a maiden, this race was much weaker than the gelding’s most recent start, and for this reason he had expected a forward showing today. Stewards noted the explanation.
