A post-race veterinary examination revealed the mare had a slow recovery and was exhibiting an abnormal respiratory noise. Trainer T. Edmonds was advised that prior to the horse racing again he will be required to produce a veterinary clearance, including the results of an endoscopic examination. He indicated that the mare would now be sent for a spell.
