Checked on jumping when crowded between runners. Rider questioned re riding after 1000m where having held position on rail he shifted one off after 900m to follow CLASSAY - stated was of the view having been racing behind SHANGHAI BULLET was better option to shift away to follow CLASSAY however, not long after tempo steadied resulting in him becoming awkward at heels of CLASSAY, allowing GOLDEN COMMAND to improve up to his inside.

Rider reported with instructions from wide draw to ride in a rearward position it took sometime down back straight to get to eventually settle in rearward position making first turn. After doing so then settled however, dropped the bit and reluctant to race thereafter. Added when placed under pressure from 600m failed to respond and most disappointing. Vetted - no abnormalities.
