After passing the 1000m commenced to overrace and in doing so resented being restrained and hung out proving difficult to ride. After passing the 800m shifted wider on the course making the home turn very wide and whilst hanging the bit was pulled through the gelding’s mouth, which prevented its rider from pressuring his mount from that point onwards and finished a distant last. Vetted - no abnormalities.
