Raced three wide without cover throughout. Rider comment re performance - instructed push forward out of barriers in order to obtain a forward position with cover but after being moderately away and pressured early unable to obtain a forward position with cover and was caught three wide. Questioned whether an opportunity to restrain to obtain a position one wide at rear with cover behind SHEZABEANS - advised at that point speed slackened and felt unable to restrain to obtain that position and with moderate tempo allowed filly to stride forward. Began awkwardly. Raced keenly after passing the 900m and had to be restrained from the heels of THREE PHASE. Passing the 400m steadied away from the heels of THREE PHASE.
