Raced wide early before taking up a leading position passing the 1400m. Commenced to weaken from the 900m & near the 700m raced in restricted room. Eased down over the final 600m. A post-race vet exam revealed cardiac arrythmia. Vet clearance inclusive of ECG results required & a cardiac auscultation performed by a vet following a gallop, trial or jump out of 1000m prior to being permitted to race again.
