Near the 700 metres improved onto the heels of ZAYDE and as a result shifted out and made heavy contact with BRAZEN BRECCIA. Soon after MARLA JANE shifted in and crowded KALIYA, which when over-racing, improved to the inside of that runner and had to be checked.

Passing the 650 metres commenced to weaken and lost ground. Soon after dislodged the off-side winker. In light of today’s poor performance, trainer T Thomas was advised a metropolitan bar would be placed on ZAYDE.
