when asked to comment on the performance of the gelding, apprentice K. Wilson-Taylor advised the stewards FAST TALKING felt comfortable in its action and travelled well throughout until placed under pressure in the home straight and was in his opinion disappointing in its finishing effort. He further added that the gelding may appreciate softer track conditions than that of today’s event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.
