Rider J. Orman advised stewards he was disappointed in the performance of YAMEEN stating that the filly was under pressure approaching the home turn and failed to respond to his riding. A post-race veterinary examination revealed short striding in both forelimbs. Trainer representative B. Killion was advised a veterinary clearance would be required prior to racing again.
