Commenced to compound leaving the 600m, finishing some distance behind the main body of the field. Trainer M. Nolan was at a loss to explain the disappointing performance, however advised that the horse will now be sent for an immediate spell. Stewards advised Mr Nolan that the horse would be required to trial satisfactorily prior to resuming racing again. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.
