When questioned by Stewards in relation to the seemingly improved performance, the stable representative for trainer Mr. B. Cavanagh advised that at the filly’s most recent start it met with interference at the start and was checked in running and, as a result, settled further back in the field than anticipated. She added that, in her opinion, the filly is far better suited when able to lead and dictate in its races, as evidenced by its win today and also when successful at Toowoomba on 22 February 2020.
