Slow to begin. When quest re riding from near 500m when there appeared to be opportunity to shift wider & follow CALGARY KING rather than improve inside that runner, which saw gelding be held up, Rdr said didn't wish to be caught wide round h/turn & would obtain clear run between leaders. After viewing footage, agreed had erred but as Stewards of view error not so unreasonable as to be culpable, no action.
