Rider questioned re riding rounding home turn - stated reluctant to improve to inside of STORMY DESTINY at that point, as that gelding was shifting ground and was concerned he may be held up behind leader in early stages of home straight. therefore elected to wait until the entrance to the home straight to shift out around the heels of STORMY DESTINY to secure clear running. Added gelding failed to quicken as expected and despite having clear running for entire home straight was unable to run leader down. Explanation noted.
