Began awkwardly. A post-race veterinary examination of the filly which weakened from the 500m failed to reveal any apparent abnormalities at the time of examination. Trainer A Willick undertook to have veterinary tests undertaken, and advise stewards of the results. Ms Willik was advised that in the absence of any abnormality being detected the horse would be required to compete in an official trial to the satisfaction of stewards prior to starting again.
