Rider questioned re riding - explained from outside barrier rather than race wide elected to ease and settle at the rear. Stated specific instructions to improve to inside rounding home turn and in early part of home straight gelding inclined to lay in and not entirely comfortable on rain affected track. Added when he switched whip into right hand near 100m gelding finished race off fairly.
