Nearing the 600m shifted away from the rail in an attempt to gain clear running from the tiring STORMY LEO and took STRIKE SIKA wider resulting in GILDED LION having to steady and lose ground. WENDOUREE RED which was racing to the outside of STRIKE SIKA was in turn obliged to steady.
