Rider questioned re disappointing performance - stated filly does not show early speed however, from the wide barrier had to go forward and subsequently obtained a position outside the leader. Added shortly after filly travelled fairly but failed to respond and disappointed in the straight. Co-trainer stated filly may not have appreciated the slightly firmer track than at its recent runs and made the undertaking to report any condition that may have affected the performance. Vetted - slower than normal post recovery rate.
