Overraced in the early and middle stages. Rider stated that the mare overraced in the middle and early stages and had a tendency to lay out throughout the race. A post-race veterinary examination revealed soreness over the mare’s lumbar region. A veterinary clearance is required prior to the mare being permitted to race again.
