Raced three-wide throughout. Performed below market expectation. Rider reported that after beginning only fairly his mount failed to muster early speed and as a result raced wide throughout. He further added that after approaching the 500m his mount’s hindquarters were turned sideways and after this incident his mount failed to stretch out. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the mare to be lame in the off hind. Veterinary Certificate required prior to next start.
