Momentarily held up rounding the home turn. On returning to scale rider advised in his opinion the gelding was reluctant to race between runners today however, ran on strongly in home straight when able to secure unimpeded running. Added had advised connections to reapply the blinkers to horse’s gear, which had been removed for today’s start.
