Rider stated that after being caught wide midfield in the early stages he pressed forward in an attempt to find a position closer to the rail but was unable to do so and therefore raced 3 wide without cover throughout. Further stated that in hindsight it may have been more advantageous to have restrained to the rear of the field. Vetted - showing signs of tying up.
