Held up early stages of home straight and then difficulty obtaining clear running until 100m. Rider questioned re tactics - stated instructed obtain cover where possible and after beginning fairly of the view runners to inside began much better and elected to restrain and go back to find position closer to rail with cover rather than press forward and be caught wide.
