Inconvenienced slightly near the 1000m. D. Griffin reported that his filly was reluctant to stretch out and in his opinion may have been shin sore. A post-race veterinary examination revealed lameness in the off hind leg. Trainer H. Page was advised that the horse will require a veterinary clearance prior to racing again.
