After beginning well from a wide barrier, was ridden positively to obtain a forward position. Near the 600m when placed under pressure, commenced to weaken. Eased down over the concluding stages. A post-race vet exam revealed cardiac arrythmia. Tnr advised mare must obtain a vet clearance inclusive of ECG results and must gallop 1000m before having a further immediate vet exam conducted prior to the mare being permitted to race again. Tnr reported now intention to retire mare.
