When questioned re tactics, Rdr stated whilst no specific instructions were issued, had envisioned settling midfield, however; after beginning only fairly, felt mare lacked sufficient speed to press forward and elected to restrain and take cover-added leaving the 600m whilst travelling in last position, rather than elect to restrain in order to shift very wide, elected to look for runs nearer the inside.
