Stood flatfooted and missed the start significantly. As it had previously offended, the trainer was advised that the horse would be required to perform satisfactorily in a jump-out prior to its next race start. In the early part of the home straight had some difficulty obtaining clear running. Trainer T. Button advised that the horse would be required to perform satisfactorily in a jump out.

Disappointed for running in the early stages of the home straight, however did not finish the race off. Apprentice Z. White was questioned regarding her riding in the early part of the straight. She advised that a run appeared inside of the leader and when endeavouring to obtain that run her mount was reluctant to improve into the narrow run and for this reason she elected to shift to the outside, however the gelding did not quicken thereafter.
