Jockey R. McMahon advised that early in the event he was brushed by another runner and when he attempted to place pressure on his mount near the 300m his foot slipped from his near-side iron, resulting in him becoming unbalanced and falling. As a result of this incident, I FEEL GOOD was obliged to avoid the fallen rider and was subsequently eased out of the event.
