When questioned regarding the performance, apprentice T. Brooker stated that the filly settled towards the rear of the field and made steady ground under pressure in the home straight on the inside, which, in her opinion, was the worst section of the track. She added that her mount would take a fitness benefit from today’s race and will appreciate stepping up in distance in future starts.
