Hung out from leaving the 700m and made the home turn very wide as a result and continued to lay out in the home straight, placing its rider at a disadvantage. Trainer L. Stratton was advised that the mare will be required to perform satisfactorily in an official trial before being permitted to race again. Ms Stratton indicated that consideration would be given to sending the mare for a spell. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.
