Overraced and proved difficult to ride in the early stages before its rider elected to push forward and assume the lead near the 900m. Put in some awkward strides rounding the home turn, shifted wider and then was eased down over the final 250m. A post-race veterinary examination determined that the filly may have a wind issue. Connections were advised that a veterinary clearance, including the results of an endoscopic examination, would be required, and that the filly must trial to the satisfaction of stewards, prior to returning to racing.
