N Thomas, rider of DUBLE GAZE, was found guilty of a charge under AR131(a) of improper riding in that near the 1200 metres he directed his mount inwards initiating contact with PARANGAS in an attempt to force that horse toward the fence before continuing to direct DUBLE GLAZE inwards for approximately 300 metres to deliberately force PARANGAS toward the fence, this action placed PARANGAS in a dangerous position on heels causing that horse to be steadied away from the heels of ALPENDURADA and lose its rightful running.
