When asked about performance, Rdr reported gelding travelled comfortably throughout the race, however when pressured round home turn was disappointing. A post-race vet exam revealed heat stress and the thumps and was treated accordingly. Tnr advised gelding requires vet clearance prior to its next race or trial start. Tnr indicated gelding would now be sent for a spell and further, would have stable vet examine gelding in the coming days & report back on condition.
