When asked re improved performance, Rdr reported at geldings’ most recent start, it was not suited to the smaller course at Toowoomba and early tempo set in today’s event allowed gelding to settle and was beneficial to its finishing effort. Tnr concurred with rider, adding at the horses’ most recent start, gelding had some difficulty obtaining clear running over the concluding stages.
