When questioned by Stewards, jockey S. Bogenhuber advised that the mare travelled comfortably throughout, and when asked to improve near the 700m the horse quickened for a short distance, however upon straightening it had come to the end of its run and proved disappointing. Stewards noted the explanation. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.
