A post-race veterinary examination revealed that the mare had sustained a significant tendon injury to the nearside foreleg. Trainer B. Hudson was advised that the horse would require a veterinary clearance prior to being permitted to race again.

Bumped at the start. Steadied when placed in restricted room leaving the 600m when runners either side shifted ground. Following the horse’s disappointing performance, trainer G. Richardson advised that the horse’s best form is on synthetic and sand surfaces and as a result he will attempt to avoid starting the horse on firm tracks where possible in future.
