At a subsequent inquiry J Orman, rider of FASTCONI, pleaded guilty to a charge of careless riding under AR131(a) in that passing the 150m he allowed FASTCONI to shift in under pressure resulting in BUNDYANDCOKE being taken in which resulted in VETTA VELOCITA being hampered and crowded for room and RHYTHMIC PULSE being checked and lose its rightful running. The licence of J Orman to ride in races was suspended for a period of 11 days to commence midnight 14th January up to and including midnight 25th January 202
