When asked about performance, Rdr reported filly travelled comfortably, however when asked to quicken after passing the 400m, did not finish the race off as anticipated. A post-race vet exam revealed a poor recovery & mild heat stress. Tnr stated horse had missed a start due to a washed out meeting a fortnight ago, had not started for five weeks & this may have had an affect on the horse’s finishing effort-indicated the horse may appreciate racing on more rain affected surfaces and would now be spelled.
