After beginning well and caught wide was obliged to restrain to a rearward position to obtain cover and subsequently raced three wide with cover from the 1200m.

Raced three wide early before obtaining the position outside the leader. Following the event and upon pulling up the filly sustained an injury to the off foreleg. Upon examination the veterinary surgeon determined that the filly had fractured the off fore fetlock and was subsequently euthanised on humane grounds. A post mortem swab sample was taken for analysis. Jockey R Fradd was not injured in this incident.
