When quest re level of vigour shown over concluding stages, Rdr stated was very mindful of racing manners of runner racing forward of mount & had shifted out abruptly before starting to shift back in-further said was concerned that runner was shifting in under pressure, and if it continued to do so approaching w/post would be precariously placed on heels-acknowledged after seeing footage, there was sufficient room to continue to ride. Explanation accepted.
