Bumped heavily on jumping, then blundered shortly afterwards. When asked about performance, Rdr reported mare was inclined to lay out from the 800m until the entrance to the home straight and when placed under pressure in the home straight, failed to run on. A post-race vet exam revealed a superficial laceration the near hind coronet band.
