When quest re riding between 1200m & 800m as to whether should have pressured gelding in order to try hold position, Rdr stated early, did not feel gelding was travelling comfortably & felt was best served being allowed to find its rhythm-said believed horse would have travelled more keenly with Blks, which was recommended to connections-added shortly after 900m, commenced to place pressure on horse & gelding did take some time to quicken into the event. Tnr stated was now intention to add blinkers to geldings approved gear.
