Racing Queensland has acknowledged the significant contribution to racing of Nanango identity John Lee who passed away this morning.
Mr Lee was president of the Nanango Race Club for 39 years and has been credited with helping to build the club into what it is today.
Mr Lee stepped down as President of the club three years ago but remained vitally interested in racing in the region. Racing Queensland extends condolences to Mr Lee’s friends and family.
