RACE TWO

REGAL ASSASSIN (5) started favourite here at his Queensland debut and wasn’t far away behind SOMEDASH. That was his first run since April. Stripping fitter from that run he looks hard to hold out here.

MAJESTIC WHIZZ (2) returns to Queensland after recently racing in Victoria. 2 runs ago she was a winner at Swan Hill and last start worked hard in the run at Ararat when finishing down the track. She is in the mix here.

DAY TOURER (1) has been racing well of late. He was narrowly beaten here last start. He can be competitive again.

MUSCULUS (9) didn’t step cleanly here last time out when down the track behind GREG THE GREAT. He comes off a 30 metre handicap this time so will need to be on his best behaviour to figure.

RACE THREE

THE CRUISE MISSILE (3) started a short price favourite at his Qld debut here at Albion Park when having to work hard in the run from a wide draw. He should take plenty of improvement out of that run and has a much better draw here. He looks hard to beat

SUPREME BANNER (5) was a winner at this track and distance last time out when defeating LEAPING LEO. If he has some luck from the draw he can figure again.

IM SANDY BAY (7) has been racing well of late from bad draws. She has placed her last 3 starts and her most recent run behind GODDESS JUJON was full of merit. The wide draw hurts here again but with luck can be thereabouts again.

LEAPING LEO (1) was a beaten favourite here last start when finishing 4^th. The draw is a plus. He isn’t out of this.

RACE FOUR

MAKOA (4) has been racing well only going down by narrow margins his last 2 starts. His most recent effort was an eye catcher behind WHISKEY BLAZE when having to go back from the wide draw. He is drawn better here and will be hard to hold out.

 
MAFUTA VAUTIN (3) broke here last start when down the track behind TENNYSON BROMAC. 2 runs back he finished within 10 metres of MATTGREGOR over the sprint trip. Drawn well here he is one of the main chances.

WATTLEBANK FLYER (2) doesn’t have the best numbers next to his name but he draws better here than his last couple of starts. He can be handy in the run and can finish in the placings.

SUBTLE ADVICE (1) lands a good draw here and should get an economical trip. He can place.

RACE FIVE

LAUGHING EMOJI (6) finds a winnable race here. First up last time out she wasn’t far away when 3^rd to ARTS PERIGRINE coming from well back in the field. She should take plenty of improvement out of the first up run and looks a winning chance here despite the wide draw.

THE MONEY BALL (10) was an impressive winner here 2 starts back when scoring by a big margin. Last start he wasn’t too far away over the longer trip. Back to the mile here should suit.

SAINT KILDA BEACH (8) is returning from a break. She has won 5 races and been placed on 7 other occasions from 20 career starts. She can figure here.

JEWEL OF PEAK (4) is racing in great heart of late. She broke through for her first win 2 starts back, then stepped up in grade last time out wasn’t far away behind ZED EXPRESS. She can be competitive again.

RACE SIX

AQUA MISS (2) has been racing well of late. Last start she was buried away in the run and worked home well late behind TOMMY UNDER FIRE. She lands a good draw here and looks the one to beat.

IMA BLACK BEAUTY (3) finds a suitable race. She has been racing against some handy ones of late. She looks the main danger.

COLONEL JOY (4) was a winner here on Saturday night in a mile rate of 1:56.1 for the longer trip of 2138 metres. If he can repeat that effort he is definitely a chance.

SECRETAGENT TYCOON (10) has the second row draw to overcome but is very consistent and shouldn’t be left out of the exotics.

RACE SEVEN

CHANGE OF MIND (2) is a winner of 21 races from 120 career starts. Last time out from a wide draw he finished 3^rd behind FIOKI when trying to lead all of the way. Drawn well this time around he looks to get his chance here.

CHARMING MAJOR (1) went down narrowly last start to CARDLESFROMHEAVEN here over the same trip. From the draw he looks a danger.

FIOKI (8) is a winner of his last 2 starts. Both were solid efforts and in good time. With even luck here he can figure.

CLARRY (3) wasn’t far away first up here behind CARDLESFROMHEAVEN. He should strip fitter from that run. He can be thereabouts.

COBBLER LANE (6) was a beaten short price favourite here last time out when having to work hard sitting parked outside the leader throughout. His form prior was solid. He may have to work from the draw again here but this race looks within his reach.

MISS BLUE GLORY (1) is racing well. Last start she didn’t have the best of luck when having to park outside the leader throughout. The draw works in her favour here. She is a winning hope.

GODDESS JUJON (2) was an impressive winner here last time out scoring by a big margin. She is definitely a chance.

HAVANA MOON (7) has been racing well but has a wide draw to overcome here. With luck he can place.
