Racing Queensland will conduct minor works at the Albion Park Harness Racing Club from next Monday ahead of the 2019 TAB Queensland Summer Harness Racing Carnival.
With racing successfully returning to Redcliffe Paceway last week, the project will include works to the home turn, along with a track resurface, to ensure the venue is in pristine condition ahead of the up-coming black-type races.
APHRC will utilise the opportunity to install a new Colorbond fence in the section where the works are being conducted.
In total, the project is expected to take just over a fortnight with racing set to resume at Albion Park on Saturday, November 16.
