Brisbane Racing Club @ Doomben – Thursday February 11 – Venue Change and Race Distance Amendments

Racing Queensland confirms that the Brisbane Race Club race meeting on Thursday February 11 which was scheduled to be conducted at Eagle Farm, has been transferred to Doomben.

The venue change will provide the club with the opportunity to undertake some topdressing measures on the racing surface at Eagle Farm.

The change has rendered it necessary to amend some of the distances of races on the program, including:

• Benchmark 65 Handicap was 1300m, is now 1350m;
• Class 5 Handicap was 1000m, is now 1050m;
• Colts, Geldings and Entires Maiden Plate was 1400m, is now 1350m; and
• Fillies and Mares Plate was 1400m, is now 1350m.
