Update for licensed participants who have been in Victoria on or since December 21, 2020
In line with the statement by Queensland Health on Saturday, January 2, 2021, Racing Queensland provides the following further update for licensed participants:
- While Queensland’s borders remain unchanged, anyone currently in Queensland who has been in Victoria on or since Monday, December 21, 2020, should get tested immediately and quarantine at home or their accommodation until receiving a negative COVID-19 test result; and
- Also, anyone travelling to Queensland who has been in Victoria on or since Monday , December 21, 2020, should get tested in Queensland once they reach their final destination and quarantine at home or their accommodation until receiving a negative COVID-19 test result.

To assist further, RQ will provide a pop-up clinic service at the Gold Coast Turf Club on Thursday, January 7 and Thursday, January 14, between 8am and 2pm, to enable test results to be confirmed prior to the respective Saturday race meetings.
